The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) is now accepting applications for the second edition of its Young Professionals Programme for 2025. This prestigious 24-month professional training opportunity takes place at ICESCO’s Headquarters in Rabat, Morocco, within its Sectors, Departments, or Specialized Centers.
Programme Overview
The ICESCO Young Professionals Programme is designed to empower young talents by enhancing their leadership, professional, and technical skills. It aims to foster a responsible and innovative generation poised to advance education, science, and culture across the Islamic world.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the 2025 Young Professionals Programme, candidates must:

Be a citizen of one of ICESCO Member States.

Be under 35 years of age at the application start date.

Hold at least a bachelor’s degree (BA) in education, science, culture, or a related field aligned with ICESCO’s work.

Be proficient in at least one of ICESCO’s working languages (Arabic, English, or French), with fluency in two languages preferred.
Application Process
Interested candidates should complete the online application form available on ICESCO’s website between December 24, 2024, and January 30, 2025. Required documents include:

A CV in one of ICESCO’s working languages.

Copies of academic diplomas and qualifications (minimum BA degree).

A copy of an ID card or passport.

A copy of the birth certificate.
ICESCO will contact shortlisted candidates for remote written tests and interviews.
