1. General Manager, Human Resource & Administration
   • Responsible for optimal utilization of human resources in compliance with Human Resource Management Act 2012 and Labour laws.
2. Company Pilot
   • Operate company helicopter in conducive weather conditions to support inspection and maintenance of transmission lines.
3. Manager, Transmission Lines & System Control
   • Oversee operations and maintenance of transmission infrastructure to ensure stable, available, and reliable electricity.
4. Construction Engineers (7 positions)
   • Supervise site works on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
5. Legal Officer, Projects
   • Provide legal support for Narok-Bomet Transmission Line projects.
6. Construction Supervision Technicians (7 positions)
   • Follow up on project activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
7. Senior Manager for Transmission System Planning
   • Lead strategic planning and development of the transmission system.
8. Manager for Supply Chain Management and Project Services
   • Oversee supply chain operations and project services to ensure timely delivery.
9. Manager of Real Time Operations
   • Manage real-time operations to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
10. Manager of Internal Audit & Finance Operations
    • Conduct internal audits and ensure financial compliance.
11. Manager of Substations
    • Oversee substation operations and maintenance to ensure reliability.
12. Senior Engineer Power Dispatch
    • Manage power dispatch operations to ensure optimal system performance.
13. Legal Officers for Litigation (2 positions)
    • Handle litigation and legal matters related to the company’s operations.
14. Receptionist
    • Provide administrative support and manage front office operations.
15. Supply Chain Assistant Stores & Warehouse (2 positions)
    • Manage inventory and warehouse operations to ensure efficient supply chain management.
16. Office Administrator
    • Provide administrative support to the management team.
17. Business Development Officer
    • Develop business strategies and support market expansion initiatives.
18. Security Officer for Operations (2 positions)
    • Ensure security and safety of company operations and assets.
19. Human Resource Officer Payroll & Compensation
    • Manage payroll and compensation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
