Senior Developer and Administrator (MS D365)
Key Requirements:
- Manages large, complex deployments and configurations, system through analysis and customization.
- Ensures MS D365 integrates seamlessly with the existing infrastructure of the company.
- Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all MS D365 development related issues, concerns, and needs.
- Take a user cantered approach and effectively translates use cases and requirements into user stories.
- Designs, develops, and implements solutions to further expand the use of MS D365 across the organization in accordance with business objectives and requirements.

Qualification:

- 5+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 development and configuration.

Car Sales Executive
Key Requirements:
- Showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers.
- Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process.
- Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
- Negotiate car prices and sell units to customers.
- Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer’s financing and ownership options

Stores Operations Manager
Key Requirements:
- To establish all seasonal Retail estimates and budgets, and to prepare Retail concept, strategy and tactics within the overall company plan.
- Responsible for all Company Assets within the Respective Stores including Stocks.
- Oversee and grow all Retail business.
- Prepare, in co-operation with the District Managers and Retail Statistician, Seasonal and weekly estimates for all stores.
- Follow through preparation and review store profitability analysis and to take corrective measures.
- Be constantly cognizant of the Kenya market trends, market growth, requirements, competition etc., and to anticipate competitor’s plans, activities, and interests and to advise appropriate counter action.
- Participate with selection, placement, and training of sales personnel in coordination with the Human Resources Manager
- Ensure that store operation expenses, especially payroll, is kept to a minimum and not higher than estimates.
- Assess periodically the performance of your immediate subordinates against the qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Ensure you present to the Retail Manager, a weekly and a monthly report of the business developments and how to improve business in the retail channel.
- Ensure efficient stock management to avoid old stocks through the application of FIFO rule, stock-re-grouping, and transfers in all stores.
- Ensure that all queries from customers and stores managers are settled promptly
- Avail to Production Planning the Retail stores projected order requirements for a specific period
- Co-ordinate with Real Estate Manager, to keep control of leases and ensuring that new agreements are negotiated in good time.
- Submit proposals for the re-modeling of existing stores adhering to company policy on store standardization.

Materials Head
Key Requirements:
- Participate and contribute to the production planning and profitable functioning of the company.
- To be responsible for purchase of total raw materials for the company and ensure quality and advantageous prices to all factories in company.
- To coordinate the activities of Purchasing and Material Management of all Units and proper planning of materials to drive in cost effectiveness.
- To be responsible for building up a good management team in the Purchasing Department, practicing highest ethical standards.
- Control Inventory of raw materials within estimates.
- Maximize centralized cost improvement initiatives and control to bring in savings continuously.
- Standard procedures in Purchasing functions are to be established in all sections.
- Review adherence to standards weekly.
- Coordinate bulk buying of all major, common items for all units such as PVC materials, Textiles, Rubber, Rubber Chemicals, Tannery Chemicals, PVC Leather Cloth and Packaging Material.
- Assist purchasing organization to ensure regular supply at the right quantity, at the right quality, at the right time and at the most economical price and terms.
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of clearing and forwarding.
- Standardize the administration and procedures of Buying Departments and ensure proper physical inventories and orderly stock keeping.
- Coordinate placing of orders and recalling of materials to maintain stock level as planned in the Financial Plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement
- Master’s Degree and/or Diploma in Materials Management will be an added advantage

Chief Engineer
Key Requirements:
- Overseeing, advising, planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing all Engineering and maintenance functions.
- Ensure maximum plant, equipment, building and services/utilities availability, reliability, and efficiency for optimum production.
- Develop and coordinate focused and effective maintenance team.
- Budgeting, budgetary control and preparation of estimates/costing.
- Identify and formulate safe operating procedures and instructions of Plant & Equipment.
- Diagnosis of faults interactive systems and interpretation of legislation and Act relating to factories and immediately pay attention to breakdown or malfunctioning of machines
- Establish and coordinate the plant & equipment utilization tracking database
- Recommend purchase of essential spares – establish minimum/maximum levels of spares, and see to their correct storage, handling, and control.
- Ensure that all safety gadgets on machines are maintained and checked regularly.
- Assist Production to repair or clear any problem or obstacle to meet the frozen production outputs and recommend solutions to achieve greater productivity and efficiency.
- Observe consumption of electricity and steam. Recommend solution to preserve powers and steam consumption.
- Provide Records on Furnace oil and electric consumption on a weekly basis.
- Check Ph value of the water – used in the Estate and Factory and keep records.
- Maintain machine and equipment inventories and sign monthly returns on the spare part stock.
- Prepare a reasonable Budget and work to agreed financial estimates.
- Advise employees on the use of personal protective equipment i.e. masks, goggles etc. and enforce the use of the same.
- Ensure that all operations in your workshop/factory are carried out in a healthy and safe environment and all recommendations are fully implemented and complied with.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with adequate knowledge in Electrical Engineering
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
- 15 Years with at least 5 years as a Chief Engineer in a Manufacturing Set-up

Account Manager (International Organization)
Key Requirements:
- Monitor Group and Branch systems usage and DOC’s and utilise this to enhance the organizations offering
- Develop and Maintain relationships and align strategy with dealers, banks and third-party stakeholders
- Ongoing management of every site with products (including generic products, bank products, core products) & product rationalization
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Hunt and close New Business, this may include but not be limited to New Dealerships, Digital KYC APP, On Demand solutions, Retail, Data analytics, and any other revenue opportunity
