At Jobs Bureau Kenya, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a reliable and efficient platform for both freelancers and employers. However, we understand that certain situations may require refunds or adjustments. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:
✅ Duplicate Payment – If you were charged twice for the same service, we will process a full refund.
✅ Technical Errors – If a payment is deducted but services are not activated due to a system error.
✅ Unauthorized Transactions – If an unauthorized charge is made on your account, please report it immediately.
✅ Service Failure – If you have subscribed to a paid plan and the services were not delivered as promised, we will review your claim for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
❌ Completed Services – Payments for successfully completed projects between freelancers and employers are non-refundable.
❌ Subscription Plans – Once a subscription plan has been used or partially utilized, it is non-refundable.
❌ Voluntary Cancellations – If you choose to cancel your plan before its expiry, no refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted via info@jobsbureaukenya.co.ke within 7 days of the transaction.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5-14 business days to reflect.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Employers may cancel job postings at any time, but fees paid for job listings and premium features are non-refundable.
- Freelancers who purchase premium plans can cancel future renewals but will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a freelancer or employer has a dispute regarding payments, we encourage both parties to resolve it amicably through the platform. If necessary, our support team can assist in mediating the issue.
